Many of our present thoughts, feelings, actions and events happening to us, have a starting point somewhere in the past. Old experiences can still affect our present decisions and the quality of life. The goal is to truly and fully release every cause of suffering and attachments of the past, to recognize what influenced us and become free from it.
It is time to let go of burdens and release what no longer serves us. With the use of regressive state of mind we are able to come back to past memories, emotions and tensions, consciously releasing them.
This particular method uses ancient techniques together with the knowledge of modern psychotherapy to take advantage of both: native wisdom and occidental discoveries. By the power of breath, sound and guidance we are able to tap into the past situations, including past lives and prenatal state. Unlike traditional methods that only mentally revisit past events, this work delves deeper, enabling a profound exploration and reliving of past experiences. It facilitates the release of old burdens, toxic emotional responses, and physical tensions.
This approach is highly therapeutic, as it allows for unlocking and releasing pent-up tensions and memories. By doing so, it empowers individuals to break free from the weight of the past and repetitive negative patterns,
paving the way for profound healing and transformation.
Regression work can be done as individual 1on1 or in a group setting.
It lasts approximately for 1,5h – 2h.
Regression with Tommy is guided in English or Polish language.
This method is great both for beginners, who want to reach their past for a release from suffering,
and for all those who already had experience with similar work.
It is not suitable for people during psychiatric treatments and women in the final stage of pregnancy.
Before session it is important to abstain from coffee on the day of session and from alcohol, THC, or any other drugs for at least few days.
About Tommy
The regression practice is guided by Tommy Harevis from Poland. He’s been working with regression therapies for over 13 years with clients and has been in regression practitioners communities since the early childhood thanks to his family and the presence of the teachers.
He was guided and licensed into the method under supervision and mentorship of his teacher Leszek Żądło (more about his teachers below).
Besides regression work, Tommy is flutist, multi-instrumentalist, traveler and composer. Practicing cosmovision and ritualism of the indigenous peoples of Mesoamerica for over 11 years, a student of tribal elders. He creates atmospheric music using ethnic instruments from all over the world. He is a teacher and promoter of native flute playing. He gives concerts around the world, combining music with storytelling. In his musical career, he already has 10 albums recorded solo and with other artists.
Author of publications about Mayan Calendar and Cacao plant.
He guides spirituality-oriented journeys to Guatemala and runs retreats and workshops internationally.

Tommy’s Teachers
Leszek Żądło
Polish psychotronic specialist, author of 18 books on psychotronics, spiritual development, Huna and esoterica. Pedagogue, educator, also worked as a dowser and clairvoyant. Creator of a method of spiritual development called “Regresing®” – a non-hypnotic regression method. Teacher and popularizer of meditation. His main idea was conscious spiritual development and the joy of living sober and conscious. He passed away in 2021.
Leszek was present in life of Tommy from the very beginning. He was a spiritual teacher of Tommy’s parents. First regression work and meditations were done by Leszek on Tommy, when he was in his mother’s womb. He guided Tommy on the path of meditation and regression method for many years and verified him as a regression practitioner in 2011.

Tata Pedro Cruz
He was one of the members of the Mayan Council of the Elders of Tz’utujil, which is a branch of the Maya Qui-che. “Tata Pedro,” as he was most affectionately known, was a traditional Mayan Ajq’ij and Day Keeper, and one of the principal authorities of the Council of Mayan Elders of Lake Atitlan in Guatamala. He received the title “Heart of the Lake Atitlan” K’U’XYA by his fellow Mayan Council of Elders and Tz’utujil people. Tata Pedro recognized the interconnectedness of all people, the expanding consciousness of the planet, and the urgent need to unify our spiritual, cultural, and ethnic wisdom for the benefit of the planet and humanity.
Tata Pedro was a globally recognized elder in the Mayan tradition and has traveled far and wide sharing knowledge, ceremonies, and practices. He was the interpreter of dreams for his community and a leader of the preservation and education of Mayan day keeping and fire ceremonies. He was 2005 World Peace Ambassador.
Tommy Harevis was his student of Mayan Cosmovision, receiving oral teachings, initiations and guidance. During 9 years they traveled together visiting European and Central American countries. Tata Pedro passed away in 2021.
